Our co-op offers several communal spaces for all members to enjoy. The top floor features a beautiful common room connected to a rooftop patio, perfect for both co-op events and private gatherings. We also have a laundry room with 3 washers and dryers, as well as a backyard with children’s play equipment and a ping pong table. All spaces are free to use, and members are expected to keep them tidy and behave neighbourly. We're always striving to improve these shared spaces for everyone’s benefit.

Just a heads-up: our units are simple but functional, with plenty of storage and most having wall-to-wall carpeting. The building is well-maintained, and our Maintenance team quickly addresses repairs, ensuring everything works well for our members. Before you move in, units are thoroughly cleaned, inspected, and repainted to welcome you. But if you're after the latest interior designs and appliances, this co-op might not be the best fit.

The same goes for our small two-bedroom units—simple but functional, thoroughly cleaned and maintained before you move in, though they are basic and have no modern frills. However, they do offer two fun perks: each has two small balconies, and they’re all south-facing, bringing in plenty of beautiful sunlight—perfect for plant lovers!
